Theatre Kidz

THEATRE KIDZ classes consist of the young performers bronze, silver and gold levels, speech and drama, and musical theater.

Elements covered in a theatre kidz class include :

• Improvisation
• Characterisation
• Vocal training
• Correct articulation and emphasis
• Acting with scripts
• Team work and theatre sports
• Developing a story in a group
• Puppetry
• Mime
• Physical theater
• Dancing
• Singing
• Poetry
• Script writing
• Confidence with public speaking

Classes start at 3 years old with the Bronze level, and work progressively to our highest level A- List Actors. At the highest level our students have the ability to go for acting auditions, to perform short monologues and plays, to confidently embody and portray characters very different from themselves, and to use their voices correctly whilst speaking prose and poetry.

We are very proud of our high grades in our Trinity College examinations consistently producing high distinction grades in both the solo and group examinations.
